About MBP Hi guys. My name is John and I am the creator of Monkey Bananapants. Monkey Bananapants is something that I started sometime during the beginning of the year (the school year). The original Monkey Bananapants looked way different than the one you see plastered all over this website. I was drawing during math class (I think it was math at least) and drew a little boy with a big demon hat covering his eyes. I then drew two big circles for his rosy cheeks. After I looked at the picture a bit, I realized that the big circles kind of looks like eyes themselves, and thus was the creation of Monkey Bananapants' gigantic eyes that literally fall off of his face. Yes, they were originally rosy cheek circles. His name is just an example of random train of thought. Nothing fascinating behind that. So Monkey Bananapants opened up a window to a bunch of other characters. The most recent character that I've created is Billy The Reaper, but you won't see him for quite a few strips. Characters will be added to the "Character" section of this website as they appear in the comic. My goal is to have Monkey Bananapants become a huge success. I want t-shirts and plush dolls and stickers and everything a person would want for such a creation. I hope I can reach that goal, and the only way to do so is to produce comics that all of you can enjoy. Until then...I'll be hosted by Keenspace (XD you know I love you guys). -John
